Insurance & Copayments

Your dental benefits are based on the agreement you or your employer negotiated with your dental insurance carrier, and we will make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options available. To accomplish this goal, our staff work hard to maximize your insurance benefits for covered procedures, and ask that you please bring your insurance information with you to your initial appointment so that we can expedite your claim.

The patient payment portion covered for dental procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your employer. A pre-estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company will be provided at the time of your treatment, based on the information provided to us. The pre-estimate is never a guarantee of benefits or the amount that will be ultimately be due.

Once your endodontic therapy has been completed, our staff will file the insurance claim for you, as a courtesy. The balance of the fee not covered by insurance is due at this time and is called a copayment. We will do our best to determine your remaining insurance benefits, but knowing your yearly insurance limit is your responsibility and overages will be collected similar to copayments. Please advise us of any insurance changes in a timely fashion.
